Short version: this is a portfolio and a writing archive. Read it, quote it with credit, book a call if it is useful. It is not advice, and reading it does not hire anyone.

Using this site
By browsing oscaribars.com you accept these terms. If you disagree with them, the remedy is simple: stop reading. The site is provided for information — portfolio work, case studies, and writing about building products.
Content and ownership
The writing, case studies, layout, and code of this site belong to Oscar Ibars. You may quote or link to any of it with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions as your own work, or use it to train a model marketed as replicating this voice.
Case studies describe work performed for employers and clients. Company names, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the work, not to imply those organizations endorse this site. Metrics reflect outcomes at the time of the work.
Not advice, not an engagement
Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. The healthcare and fintech work described was performed under specific constraints that almost certainly do not match yours. Applying any of it is your own judgment call.
Reading a page, following a link, or booking an introductory call does not create a consulting, advisory, or employment relationship. Any actual engagement would start with a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
Booking a call
The scheduling link opens Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. Booking a slot is an inquiry and a held time, nothing more. Either side can cancel or reschedule. Confidential information should not be sent through a calendar invitation.

This site links to LinkedIn, GitHub, X, and to projects built independently. Those destinations are not controlled here, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end. Their terms govern once you arrive.

The site is provided as is. It may go down, move, or change without notice. Content is accurate to the best of Oscar’s knowledge when published, and roles, metrics, and opinions all age. No warranty is offered that anything here is current, complete, or fit for your situation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Oscar Ibars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow those limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top is the effective date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revision.
